There are many good restaurants in the Raval area of Barcelona but none quite like Funky Chicken Barcelona. There is no point trying to find to randomly come across this place because you wont… This is a reservation only restaurant in which we took a group of 8 people. As soon as we walked into the door it felt like we had walked into a close friends house.
The meal consisted of:
Starter:
Montaditos Caribeños Salmon and Curry / Guacamole
Sticky Citrus Chicken Wings
Main Course:
· Jerk Chicken Cutlets*
· Jerk Fish with Garlic Jerk Butter*
. Beef Curry With Coconut Milk*
*Any of the above three options together with Basmati Rice / Fruit Salad / fried plantains
Dessert:
Coco Banana Bread with vanilla ice cream and grated coconut
Drink:
Hibiscus or San Miguel
Overall the food at funky chicken barcelona was fantastic the hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming. As a result of this, we are already planning our return. We couldn’t have asked for a better service, thank you Funky Chicken
